Atomic Cowboy home of Denver Biscuit Co & Fat Sully's NY Pizza: Reviews & Ratings
Was really impressed with the overall quality of this place and enjoyed that a self serve coffee bar was free to customers. Interesting menu, good biscuits, great flavor, well made beverages, crispy hash browns and decent sized portions! They do not have a parking lot, it is metered parking.
Stopped by after hearing about spectacular biscuits. This was a standard combo plate. I was unable to eat it all but everything was fantastic. Eggs were cooked perfectly, fried chicken was seasoned and juicy, biscuit was easy to cut and soft, and the jelly/jam was to die for. They have a self serve coffee bar with a collection of thrifted mugs. It was fun to pick one out and make my coffee however I wanted. Our server, Panda, was delightful. We will visit again when we are in the area. In order to park nearby, you have to download an app and pay the parking meter. It was simple enough to figure out. We had never seen that before.
Service was great, our server was very attentive! Biscuits were really good but I did feel like it was too much. The K-Mack could have been better, it was super salty but the flavor was good. Waffle fries were great! Super crispy and well seasoned. We played pool at the end and the place wasn't too packed so it was nice.
We got a half roll, the Cubano, the Franklin, and a couple of triple run combos. The food was very yummy and the self serve coffee was a cool touch. The jams and butters were very good as well.
Hands down one of our favorite places while visiting CO Springs! Our server was absolutely amazing making food recommendations and taking time to chafe with some out of towners. The food was absolutely devine! If you go for sure order the biscuits as they were to die for! we sat on the rooftop and had a great view of pikes peak!
A bit loud and disorganized when we walked in the door. Took a while for our server to get to our table. Glad we stayed as the food was good. Excellent burger. Wish they had more than one burger on the menu. Try the garlic knots. They're really good.
The pizza was amazing!!! Salad was fresh, and the ranch dressing had a great flavor!! Our waitress must have been super busy. We did not see her often enough. Overall, I would definitely go back!!
I chose this place because they serve food late night on weekdays, which is rare in Colorado Springs unfortunately. After a horribly scheduled graduation time, we needed room to meet up and celebrate as a family. We totally scored with Atomic Cowboy on Tejon. It was our first time- we enjoyed the food, cocktails, and atmosphere. We also had a fantastic and extremely friendly server, Marshall. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We highly recommend based on what we experienced and also know that there is more to be discovered at this place, so it will remain on the list next time we are in town.
